Zendesk

You can now integrate Wonderchat natively with Zendesk to send escalated tickets into your helpdesk.

Soon, your integration would also allow Wonderchat to be trained on the contents of your internal Zendesk knowledge base.


  1. Connect to your company’s Zendesk Helpdesk by clicking on the β€œZ” icon within the dashboard, or within the Settings > Integrations tab.

  2. Click on β€œConnect Zendesk” to enter your Zendesk helpdesk information

  3. Upon successful connection with your Zendesk account by entering your sign in credentials.

  4. Once you’ve signed up, you will receive a pop up informing you of the successful integration with Zendesk

  5. Automatic ticket creation will be enabled upon the successful integration

  1. All questions on Wonderchat escalated to human support will now be delivered into your Zendesk helpdesk

  2. To test it out, leave a message in your chat widget

  3. You should receive an email notification from Zendesk and see a ticket automatically created from the support message left by your site user.
