How does upgrading my subscription on Wonderchat work? Will I only be charged a pro-rated amount if I upgrade midway through the month?

When you upgrade your subscription, you will be billed immediately for the full cost of the new plan. For example, if you upgrade from the Lite plan to the Basic plan, you will be charged $99.

Here’s how the upgrade process works:

• Message Allowance: Your message limit will increase according to the new plan, with your remaining message credits on your old plan carried over. For example, the new upgrade on the Basic plan provides 6,000 message credits. So, if you upgrade from Lite to Basic and currently have 200 messages left on your Lite plan, they will be carried over and your total credits will now increase to 6,200 messages.

• Billing Date: Your next billing date will be set one month from the upgrade date. For example, if you upgrade today, your next payment of $99 will be due exactly one month from now.
