Welcome to Wonderchat! If you have a promo code, you can apply it at checkout to enjoy discounts on your purchase. Follow these simple steps to ensure your promo code is successfully applied.
From your Dashboard, click on the Subscription tab in the left-hand menu to access available plans and billing options.
Under Current Plan, you’ll see various subscription options listed (Starter, Basic, Turbo, Pro).
Choose your desired plan by clicking the appropriate Upgrade button. This will take you to the checkout page.
On the checkout page, review your order summary.
Below the subtotal, click on "Add discount" to open the field where you can enter your promo code.
Enter your promo code in the coupon code field. Promo codes may be case-sensitive, so ensure you type it exactly as provided.
Click Apply to activate the code. If the code is valid, the discount will immediately reflect in your total.
Once the discount is applied, review your updated total.
Enter your required information, then click Continue to proceed with payment and finalize your purchase.
If you encounter issues while applying your promo code:
Check the Expiration Date: Ensure the promo code is still valid.
Verify Eligibility: Some codes may only apply to specific plans or products.
Case Sensitivity: Double-check the exact spelling and format of the code.
