# Applying Promo Codes
Welcome to Wonderchat! If you have a promo code, you can apply it at checkout to enjoy discounts on your purchase. Follow these simple steps to ensure your promo code is successfully applied.

## Step 1: Go to 'Subscription' Tab
* From your **Dashboard**, click on the **Subscription** tab in the left-hand menu to access available plans and billing options.
Click on 'Subscriptions' on the left-panel.
## Step 2: Select a Subscription Plan
* Under **Current Plan**, you’ll see various subscription options listed (Starter, Basic, Turbo, Pro).
* Choose your desired plan by clicking the appropriate **Upgrade** button. This will take you to the checkout page.

## Step 3: Access the Promo Code Field
* On the checkout page, review your order summary.
* Below the subtotal, click on **"Add discount"** to open the field where you can enter your promo code.
Click on "Add Discount"
## Step 4: Enter and Apply the Promo Code
* Enter your promo code in the **coupon code** field. Promo codes may be case-sensitive, so ensure you type it exactly as provided.
* Click **Apply** to activate the code. If the code is valid, the discount will immediately reflect in your total.
## Step 5: Complete Your Purchase
* Once the discount is applied, review your updated total.
* Enter your required information, then click **Continue** to proceed with payment and finalize your purchase.
## Troubleshooting Tips
If you encounter issues while applying your promo code:
* **Check the Expiration Date**: Ensure the promo code is still valid.
* **Verify Eligibility**: Some codes may only apply to specific plans or products.
* **Case Sensitivity**: Double-check the exact spelling and format of the code.
