Discord

How to set up Wonderchat to reply to your community on Discord channels

  1. To integrate your chatbot with Discord, head over to your Dashboard and click on the Discord Icon under Channels for the chatbot you wish to connect

  2. Click on Add new Discord Server to connect your Discord server to Wonderchat

  3. After clicking, you will be redirected to Discord for authentication. Select the Discord Server that you wish to grant access to Wonderchat.

  4. Upon successful connection, you will receive a notification informing you of the successful connection

  5. Once connected, you can click on the Discord Icon again and select your connected discord server under Add new channel > Select Discord Server

  6. Select a Server channel to connect to your chatbot under Add new channel > Select Channel

  7. Wonderchat will now respond to messages on your connected Discord channel when it is mentioned!
