Guide on How to Set Up Twilio-Wonderchat Live Chat SMS Triggers.
This guide teaches you how to set-up SMS notifications by connecting Wonderchat to the Twilio app on Zapier.
Step 1: Open Zapier Template for Wonderchat and Twilio
Step 2: Select 'Wonderchat' as App
Step 3: Choose 'New Live Chat Requested' as Trigger Event
Step 4: Connect your Wonderchat account
How to Retrieve API Keys from Wonderchat
In a separate tab, retrieve your API Keys from ↗ Wonderchat
From the left-panel on the Wonderchat App, go to Settings > API Keys > "Generate API Key"
Click the 'Show' icon, and copy the API Key generated
Step 5: Key in your Chatbot ID
How to retrieve Chatbot ID
Go to Dashboard > Actions (⋮) > "View Chatbot"
Your Chatbot ID can be found at the end of your chatbot URL
For example, your chatbot url is: https://app.wonderchat.io/chatbot/cm0w2lbcf0fyienmkv56pepde
Your Chatbot ID is therefore: "cm0w2lbcf0fyienmkv56pepde"

How to Retrieve Account SID for Twilio
To connect to your Twilio account, you may follow the guide below to retrieve your API Keys:
Step 8: Configure Settings under 'Send SMS in Twilio' Action Trigger
Under the “Send SMS in Twilio” action trigger, include the following information:
From Number: Select a number from your Twilio account to send the SMS
Alphanumeric Sender ID: You may leave this blank
To Number: Enter the phone number you want an SMS to be delivered to, this should be your business or personal phone number
Message: Copy and paste the following message below
Livechat initiated on Wonderchat: [Insert the Question field]
Sent from email: [Insert the Email field]
Phone number: [Insert the Phone number field]
To reply, log into https://app.wonderchat.io
Step 9: Test the Zap
You can now run the Zap, and you should receive an SMS from Zapier notifying you of the new user query.
