# Twilio

Connect Wonderchat with Twilio to unlock SMS and voice capabilities directly within your chatbot. This integration allows your team to send and receive messages, as well as handle calls, all from a single unified agent inbox.

## Step 1: **Go to Chatbots**

## Step 2: Click on Twilio logo

## Step 3: Enter Twilio Credentials

## Step 5: Test it

You can now run the app now, and you should receive an SMS and voice calls from the agent inbox.
