Guide on Integrating Wonderchat with Calendly

This guide explains how to connect Wonderchat with Calendly, allowing users to book appointments directly through your chatbot for a seamless scheduling experience.

1. Go to Dashboard > Actions > "Edit Chatbot"

Click on "Edit Chatbot"

2. Navigate under "Lead Collections" tab

Go under "Lead Collection" tab

  1. Enable Calendar Booking

  2. Under Lead Collection Settings, turn on "Enable Calendar Bookings", and key in your public Calendly link. Press save to confirm changes.

Under Lead Collection Settings, click on "Enable Calendar Bookings".

  1. Find the "Book a Meeting" button in your chatbot

  2. Clicking on the "Book a meeting" button allows users to schedule a meeting with the Calendly owner.

  3. Once a date is selected, they can enter their details and book a meeting just like they would through your webpage.
