Add Suggested Questions to your Chatbot

How to Set Up Quick Questions for Your Chatbot:

Step 1: Navigate to Dashboard > Edit Chatbot > General Settings.

Step 2: Under the 'Suggested Questions' label, enter your quick questions.

Step 3: Press Enter after each question to add it to the list of suggested questions, it should look like question buttons once it has been entered into.

Step 4: Click 'Save' or 'Update' to confirm your changes.

Step 5: Your quick questions will now appear as suggestions in your chat widget.
