You can now integrate Wonderchat seamlessly with your WhatsApp business account. Use Wonderchat to deliver instant responses to customer support queries on Whatsapp.
‼️ Use a NEW phone number to connect Wonderchat to WhatsApp.
All whatsapp numbers connected to Wonderchat will be an AI phone number. No human can ‘chat’ with the end user, only our Wonderchat Bot is permitted to do so. Ideally, you should set up the bot in such a way where it gives a link to a human Whatsapp number if the chatbot fails to answer.
To integrate Wonderchat with Whatsapp, click on the WhatsApp icon on the dashboard, beside the chatbot.
Click on “Connect to phone number” and you will be redirected to your Meta account
Click on ‘allow access’ once you are in your Meta Business account
When you click on connect to your existing phone number, Meta would ask if you want to override your old chat history with your Wonderchat bot.
🚨 DO NOT use a pre-existing number to connect to your Wonderchat Bot
Once you have connected Wonderchat to your WhatsApp Chatbot, it will function like a Wonderchat bot operating within WhatsApp.
