Active Campaign
A step by step guide on connecting Wonderchat to your Active Campaign account to sync all contacts from the Chatbot’s leads collection feature.
Navigate to the Integrations Tab on the left side panel
Click on the “Connect” button within the active campaign integration card
Upon redirection to your Active Campaign login page, login into your account.
Once logged in, navigate to the settings button
Within the Settings dropdown, click on “Developer” mode
Within the “API access” portion, copy and paste the API keys and API name of your Active Campaign account

Paste the information into your Wonderchat integration for Active Campaign
Go to the ‘Integrations’ tab
Paste the requisite information
Connection success
A successful connection will show up as a colored icon inside the “Integration Tab” Within your dashboard
Upon a successful connection, clicking on the hubspot icon wtihin the dashboard would show “Automatic contact creation” as being switched on by default
The effect would be that all name and emails entered into your Wonderchat bot, visible in the chatlogs section of the website, will be instantly added into your Active Campaign account’s contact list.
