Active Campaign

This step-by-step guide explains how to connect Wonderchat to your ActiveCampaign account and sync all contacts collected through the chatbot’s lead collection feature.

Step 1: In the left side panel, go to "Settings"

Step 2: Navigate under "Integrations" tab

Step 3: In a separate window, login to ↗ Active Campaign

• Once logged in, navigate to the Settings > "Developer"

• Go under “API Access”, and copy the following:

  • Copy the API URL

  • Copy the API Keys

Step 4: Paste the API URL and API Key, and click on the “Connect” button

Step 5: Check for successful connection in the Dashboard

• A successful connection will show up as a colored icon inside the “Integration Tab” within your dashboard

• Once connected, clicking the HubSpot icon in the dashboard will display "Automatic contact creation" as enabled by default.

All names and emails entered into your Wonderchat bot, visible in the chatlogs, will be instantly added to your ActiveCampaign contact list.
