Enter your tag details:

Description: Provide context about what conversations should receive this tag
Click "Save" to create the tag
Step 3: Enable Automatic Tagging
Find your created tag in the tag list and toggle the "Automatic Tagging" switch to ON.
Step 4: Configure Email Notifications (Optional)
If you want to receive email notifications when this tag is detected:
Click "Configure Email Recipients" for the tag
Enter email addresses that should receive notifications
Click "Save" to confirm
